The Maldives archipelago, made up of 26 mesmerizing atolls and over 1,200 islands, lies like a pearl necklace in the heart of the Indian Ocean, its remote southern tip straddling the equator. Far from the busy world, this serene haven is as isolated as it is stunning, and its untouched beauty is what makes it so extraordinary.
Your home for the week will be aboard the luxurious MV Conte Max, a sleek dive yacht designed for comfort and adventure. Gourmet meals will be freshly prepared by an on-board chef, and there will be plenty of opportunities to relax between dives—whether it’s with a sunset beach BBQ, paddle-boarding on tranquil lagoons, or simply lounging on deck, soaking in the views. With only 17 divers aboard, the experience will be intimate and tailored for a truly personalized adventure, enhanced by a dedicated crew and seasoned dive guides who are committed to both safety and unforgettable service.
Planned to coincide with the southwest monsoon season for prime big animal diving, the itinerary will cover the enchanting Central and Northern Atolls, with special focus on Ari, Raa, and Baa atolls. Here, you’ll be in the heart of where one of nature’s grandest spectacles unfolds: schools of reef manta rays gliding through the water and whale sharks feeding on plankton blooms. Hanifaru Bay, on the eastern edge of Baa Atoll, is a renowned hotspot for these gentle giants, while South Ari Atoll offers thrilling encounters with manta rays.
But it’s not all about chasing plankton feeders. Dive into an incredible diversity of underwater landscapes: steep walls, coral-encrusted Thilas (bommies), and reef passes teeming with marine life. You’ll even have the chance to explore fascinating wrecks. All dives will be conducted from Dhonis, specialized dive boats that allow for plenty of space and a more relaxed experience as you explore the Maldives’ breathtaking marine life.

Reservation and Payment Information: A $1200 semi-refundable** deposit per diver is required to reserve a space. Deposits can be made in several easy ways. Credit cards (VISA & MC) may be used with a 3.5% transaction fee, or send your deposit today by check, Venmo, or Zelle and avoid the fee. Please make checks payable to Worldwide Diving Adventures and send to PO Box 1019, Twin Bridges, CA 95735. Final payment is due 4 months prior to the trip (April 29, 2025). Airfare booked by Worldwide Diving Adventures must be paid upon flight reservation. Cancellations are subject to a $300 processing fee. Price is based on double occupancy. Reservations and payments will be forfeited if full payment is not received according to the schedule. No refunds can be made after April 29, 2025.

**Semi-refundable means the initial deposit will be refunded, minus the service fee, once the cancelled spot has been reserved by a new guest. If the cancelled spot cannot be filled by a new guest the deposit will be forfeited.
WDA participates in the California Seller of Travel Program. Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, all sums paid to WDA for services not provided to the passenger, will be promptly paid to the passenger, when the passenger is not at fault and had not canceled in violation of any terms previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed to and agreed to by the passenger, and unless the passenger otherwise advises the seller of travel in writing, upon cancellation.
WDA, through the California Seller of Travel Program, also participates in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). Passengers have a right to make a claim on the fund. The Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC) was created to decide claims made against the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund, which serves consumers located in California who suffer losses as a result of the bankruptcy, cessation of operations, insolvency, or material failure of a seller of travel to provide the transportation or travel services contracted.
